Fabiola has a background in finance and consulting, with over 20 years of experience in management consulting and executive advising. She transitioned to Agile in 2012 and now specializes in Business and HR Agility, Transformation, and Performance Acceleration.
As a pioneer in Agile HR, Fabiola is an internationally renowned speaker and a regular guest lecturer at universities and business schools.

Fabiola is a Business & Finance major with a master’s degree in International Business. She is a certified SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) and Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Fabiola previously served on the board of New York City SHRM – the preeminent HR organization in the Tri-State. She is also a SAFe® Contributor and community leader of the Business Agility HR Guild.
