Scaled Agile Inc. Announcement – November 1st 2023

Scaled Agile, Inc., the provider of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®), announced the launch of the Agile HR Explorer (AHRE) Training via SAFe Studio yesterday.

While this is a well-established training, it is new to the scaling Agile community, and we are proud to partner up with Scaled Agile and the Scaled Agile Partners for this momentous occasion. It is a novelty for Scaled Agile to offer a third-party program on its platform. It is their testament to the importance of HR as an enabler of Business Agility.

SAFe Practice Consultants with experience in Agile HR go through the enablement and become certified to teach the Agile HR Explorer curriculum.

We designed the AHRE course to introduce HR professionals to Agile and its impact on HR. It inspires HR to align HR policies and practices with the Agile way of working, which will improve the return on investment of the transformation efforts.

This 1-Day introductory course was designed by HR for HR. It uses non-technical HR terminology to introduce Agile concepts and link the two worlds in a way that resonates with HR.
