Deema Dajani

Deema Dajani is a SAFe Fellow and seasoned SPCT with extensive experience helping large organizations drive business agility and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). Having held leadership roles at Scaled Agile, Inc., including Senior Director of Product Management and VP of Portfolio Strategy, Deema is not only a contributor to LPM content and IP, but she also has first hand practical experience in operating the portfolio. Deema has led some of the largest SAFe and digital transformations successfully with measurable impact. A recognized speaker and author, she is dedicated to advancing LPM and transforming leadership approaches to investment decisions. Deema is also the Co-founder of Women in Agile, focused on inclusivity and breaking barriers within the agile community.

Deema earned an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University, and a program on AI Business Strategy from MIT.

Jim Fowler

Jim is a SAFe SPCT with over 20 years of experience in the software development industry, having worked with major companies such as Weyerhaeuser, EDS, and Microsoft. He specializes in leading large-scale transformations by implementing Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices.

During his tenure with Microsoft’s Supply Chain Engineering group, Jim played a key role in defining, implementing, evangelizing, and training the organization on a new operating model based on the SAFe framework. Most recently, he served as a strategic advisor at Scaled Agile, Inc., where he coached senior leaders on SAFe implementation design and maturity.

Jim’s expertise spans a range of tools and methodologies, including Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
