John Horwath

John is a true Servant Leader who enables companies and people to deliver real value continuously. John has forty-five years of diverse experience – providing real business solutions, operating models, organizational structure, delivery frameworks, products, supply chain, DevSecOps, and infrastructure architecture. His journey started as a developer, to a CIO, to a Consultant specializing in Business Agility utilizing the Scaled Agile Framework. At the same time, he supported organizations from $80 million to over $65.0 billion a year in various industries. He can motivate individuals and teams to be high performers by empowering them while providing vision and purpose with the proper level of autonomy.

Over the last six years, John has been involved in several SAFe® and Spotify Transformations. He has launched over 20 Agile Release Trains.
